Think or sink!

Almost all my cousins on my mother's side are tall, hefty and impressive in their personality.

One such cousin wants to buy a two wheeler but not motorbike which will be appropriate for him.

My kutty thangai speculated how he would look on a Kinetic Honda.

Here it is in her very own words!

"PuLLaiyAr mOnjORu mElE savAri pOra mAthiri irukkum!"

There is the other cousin who fits his name (one of lord Ganesha's names) very well.
His father wanted him to get rid of his excess fat and made him run everyday.
He was far too clever for this scheme.
He would hitchhike a ride both ways, and try to eat
a forbidden snack besides, before the return trip! :)

True modern ganesha in figure and spirit; he will easily go around the world for exotic mango like dish!!

I always thought that being the eldest son in a family was a honor as well as a responsibility.

There was a family where the mother had given birth to a triplets.

There was constant controversy as to which of them was the eldest.

The one who was born first said,

"The one who came out last is the one who had got in first.

So I am not the eldest." :nono:

The one who had come out last refuted this argument.

He said the one who had come out first was older by several minutes and so he was the eldest."

I was amused by these arguments - until it dawned on me that neither of them WANTED to be the eldest son!

Dear VR ji,

Easy to solve this problem..just tell the parents to make a will that the property will go to the eldest son!

Then we will have 3 eldest sons!

Actually Lord Shiva should not have given the mango to Ganesha!

In fact He should not even consider giving it to Muruga.

Both were "lazy"..Ganesha went around his parents and Muruga used his vahanam to go around the world.

If I were Lord Shiva I would have only given it to the son who jogs or walks around the world..at least this will motivate bhaktas to exercise!LOL

There is the other cousin who would stitch lovely dresses
for his wife and his daughter- though he had never learned tailoring.
He knew that money matter matter a lot!!! :)
He rose to the occasion and did it with love. :thumb:

There is the other cousin torn asunder by the awesome threesome people in his life.
The wife who would not stay with his parents,
his daughter who would not study anywhere except in Chennai
and his parents who would not leave where they have chose to live.
So he runs and maintain three establishments for five people!
One where he works and earns money to run the other two establishments
one where his parents live and one where his wife and daughter live.

But Renu,
Nothing was ruled out - neither flying on a peacock nor riding a moonjooru! :)

Wisdom always wins if it is with conviction & with true surrender. This is to show that. Anger & hasty decisions do fail. This is a clear exhibit of that. - Jayakumar
