Think or sink!

dear Renu,
Time to carry one's own O2 cylinders???
But whether at home or in school the O2 level will be the same.
So how does it help to keep the children at home -
unless the parents have in stock O2 cylinders???
What is burning in Indonesia??? :noidea:

While the other were troubled by the flood water,

one man fished in the troubled water in Uththarkand

and made a fortune of 89 lakhs of rupees! WOW!!!

But I guess his excitement gave him away

and he had to give away the money! :tsk:

Ref #2224

Fill in the blanks = காலி இடங்களை நிரப்புக

I  Disney World but not :dizzy: world! :nono:

To add to the confusion of multiple avatars

the multiple names for the same avatars!!!

Who am I talking to??? :noidea:

What has happened that people come froward

with their real names to start with??? :noidea:

The people who took many avatars - very visibly too -

have all disappeared with their other avatars as well.

Enjoying the company of each other in privacy in fantasy???

May be since it was always an Adam and a Dame. :)

Keeping alive and kicking in ONE avatar is itself so difficult.

So we can imagine the difficulty involved in

keeping alive and kicking many avatars!

Moral of the incident:

Never bite more than what you can chew!

The boy who forgot!

The boy forgot that the girl is now living

(1) in his house (2) with him - temporarily.

Temporarily is applicable to both (1) and (2) :)

By sheer force of habit he looks up at the balcony

(of the house which the girl's parents had vacated)

every time he goes out or come back home.

Yahoo! :clap2:

Women have been selling something or the other down the ages

starting with their virtue and now down to their eggs (OVUM).

Buy a woman's egg.

Fertilize it in a lab.

Grow it in another woman.

Call it as YOUR baby!!! :baby:

Why not adopt a child and be done with it??? :noidea:

[h=2]SOME DEFINITIONS[/h]
  • Culture refers to the cumulative deposit of knowledge, experience, beliefs, values, attitudes, meanings, hierarchies, religion, notions of time, roles, spatial relations, concepts of the universe, and material objects and possessions acquired by a group of people in the course of generations through individual and group striving.
  • Culture is the systems of knowledge shared by a relatively large group of people.
  • Culture is communication, communication is culture.
  • Culture in its broadest sense is cultivated behavior; that is the totality of a person's learned, accumulated experience which is socially transmitted, or more briefly, behavior through social learning.
  • A culture is a way of life of a group of people--the behaviors, beliefs, values, and symbols that they accept, generally without thinking about them, and that are passed along by communication and imitation from one generation to the next.
  • Culture is symbolic communication. Some of its symbols include a group's skills, knowledge, attitudes, values, and motives. The meanings of the symbols are learned and deliberately perpetuated in a society through its institutions.
  • Culture consists of patterns, explicit and implicit, of and for behavior acquired and transmitted by symbols, constituting the distinctive achievement of human groups, including their embodiments in artifacts; the essential core of culture consists of traditional ideas and especially their attached values; culture systems may, on the one hand, be considered as products of action, on the other hand, as conditioning influences upon further action.
  • Culture is the sum of total of the learned behavior of a group of people that are generally considered to be the tradition of that people and are transmitted from generation to generation.
  • Culture is a collective programming of the mind that distinguishes the members of one group or category of people from another.

In spite of all the umpteen definitions given for the word culture

how can anyone call the brutal, inhuman and sadistic RAPE as RAPE CULTURE???

It is a fallacy to assume that fair parents will produce fair offspring!

Children can take after anyone in the family...
the grand parents/ uncles /aunts both paternal and maternal.

I have seen absolutely fair parents getting children
as dark and shining as Krishna himself.

Medium fair people get extremely fair children.

How does the color of the skin matter???

It is the character and the I.Q of the child that matters.

What if it turns out to be a lousy, lazy, fair skinned baby???
