Generally appearances are deceptive, i.e. things are not always what they
seem to be. If one says that a Water Tank is deceptively small, it means
it actually holds a quite a lot of water as compared to the expression. Whilst
delusion, in other words also means that sometimes it will be misleading or
sometimes it will be a false belief in one's own importance, especially, may
be a symptom of madness i.e. suffer from delusion. People interpret it in
a different way.

Appearances are often deceptive i.e. things are not always what they
seem to be. For ex. if someone says that a water tank is deceptively
small, it means it actually has more capacity. We normally notice that
arguments sometimes sound convincing but they are based on delusion.
There is an IDIOM too delusion of Grandeur amounting to false belief
in one's own importance. Some may suffer from symptoms of madness
which is otherwise a delusion - misleading, i.e. suffer from delusion.

We all know that GOD is there or exists and only our Prayers bring HIM to us.
Our duty is only to Pray HIM consistently without any attachment to material
things or ask HIM about our requirement; as HE knows us and our requirements
and HE will give us abundantly.
