Thought for today.

On inner peace and fulfillment.

Ah, my Beloved, fill the Cup that clears
TO-DAY of past Regrets and future Fears—
To-morrow? —Why, To-morrow I may be
Myself with Yesterday's Sev'n Thousand Years.

-Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam-
O my Soul! fill my consciousness with the ambrosia of bliss, flowing from the cask of ecstasy.
Naught but that divine communion can dispel the haunting memories of past errors and
the fear of future wrongs, with their yield of evil consequences.
--Spiritual interpretation of Sri Paramahamsa Yogananda-

Some say these days business is equivalent to a motor vehicle. Suppose if
you look for one and if that is crowded, you can wait for the next one.
Like that, as businesses are plenty in nature one can choose a correct
one according to one's ability and talent.

BE HONEST

God is the inner ruler of your heart and mind. He is the silent witness of your thoughts. You cannot hide anything from Him. Therefore, be straightforward and guileless. Be simple, frank and honest in all that you do. An action will always bring about a reaction. Remember this point well.

-—Sri Swami Sivananda-

"A runners creed: I will win; if I cannot win, I shall be second; if I cannot be second, I shall be third; if I cannot place at all, I shall still do my best."

~Ken Doherty.

"Cowardice asks the question - is it safe? Expediency asks the question - is it politic? Vanity asks the question - is it popular? But conscience asks the question - is it right? And there comes a time when one must take position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular; but one must take it because it is right"

~ Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
