The views of a person on various issues are not likely to be the same of any other person. Each person has a unique personality and the world is full of differing views. So is there no absolute truth that every person will eventually see?
To argue that truth is one I use the fact that the perception of the physical reality is the same for all of us. That is there is one physical reality which all of us see the same way and there are no differing perceptions regarding physical reality.
The reason we may give is that humans have evolved with regard to perception of physical reality and hence all are mature with respect to it and see the same way.
But in the case of spiritual truths, each one is at a different stage and so sees the reality differently and hence there are differing views on various issues. but everyone fully evolves eventually and all see the same spiritual truth then . This is when attaining moksha.
So we may conclude that truth is one when it comes to both physical and spiritual reality.
What do you say folks?
