Some women are different from others and make a mark

!. Anjana Sharma ,33 is a wrestling coach with Diploma from National Insitute Of Sports , Patiala.

Unable to locate school girls in rajasthan willing to be coached , decided to coach men instead.

Alwar based 311 field regiment of indian army engaged her to coach the wrestling team[ all males] for the regiment. At present she is coaching 15 of them.

this includes Anil kumar alias Bheem in 96 kg category . He says' Madam is a good coach. I have no problem training under her'

Some sports council officials have resrvations. Anjna does not see it as social taboo. She says , ' i am not that weak and does not care if some people have problem

with her decision to coach men.let all men salute her.

2.Seema Punia, 31 yrs, in recent asian games , hurled Discus 61.03 metres to clinch a Gold medal for india. she trained very hard with schedules which would put

weight lifters to shame. She does a half squat of 170 kg and her palms are rock hard.she got a silver medal also in just concluded common wealth games in

glasgow.we men should clap in appreciation

3. Sania Mirza , our tennis player on personal suggestion from PM Modi whom she met before the games, participated in asian games after all the top men players

had backed out. She won a gold medal partnering Saketh Myneni beating chinese taipei pair in straight sets 6-4,6-3 .She has nurtured a young male player from

india playing along side him as she did earlier in Guangzou with young vishnuvardan.in another tounament.

She deserves a toast to be raised to her

Our women are winning laurels in very unconventional ways.

Well let me add a mythological uncommon woman achiever..Sikhandin!

It always remained a controversy whether Sikhandin was a male or female or neither or both..but it was "her' arrow that brought down Bhisma but the male ego in him refused to admit it.
