Krishna, gopis and Radha are metaphors for Paramatma, jIva and self-realized souls. All jIvas have paramatma inside them as witnessing self (aham) and are danced around by the paramatma. But only few realize this paramatma inside them and dedicate their 'self' to this witnessing self. They are the Radhas.
Nama sankeertanam in which we sing the names and forms of paramatma is one way to build this self-realization. When we dedicate our self to paramatma, we do our work and do not get bogged down by the result. We observe and move on. We let Him be the friend, lover and guide. We make him the charioteer of thoughts and actions in our journey.
While all jIvas are attracted to paramatma, Paramatma or Kirshna loves those self-realized souls, the rAdhas and hence is Radha Ramana.
He is also vanamali as he wears the diverse forest of life as garland. He resides in all the riches and hence called vAsu deva. He as the witnessing self reflects the consciousness and is called moon faced. He blossoms the entire universe like a lotus and hence called lotus eyed.
