Hi,

I am considering a West facing plot in India. I am doubtful if I can consider a West facing plot.
I need to have double car parking in the ground floor. Read some Vastu websites. They do not recommend leaving a lot of open space in the front.

We are very othodox and Vastu is very important. Kindly provide your suggestions at the earliest please.

you can have double car parking in the ground floor. with cement flooring and r.c.or asbestos shed on the top. only open space in the west without flooring in the ground and without covering on the top is against vasthu rules.

Most houses facing West in Chennai is very hot due to Sun rays falling after noon.

Unless there is another building before the house which protects the heat and gives shades, it is like living in a hot oven most of the year!!
