BTW JR..my son and my husband share the same date of birth....so each year I buy 2 cakes..one for my son and one for my husband.

Wow! That's strange... because in my household too my daughter and my hubby share the same DOB (Nov 22nd) while my son and my hubby share the same nakshatra! (Aridra). :)

My sister's daughter and her only uncle share the same date and month of birth; my daughter and her only atthai share the same date and month of birth...!

:-)

Shall I give you the strangest co-incidence? :thumb:

My cousin (mAmA's daughter) gave birth to a girl child on my 38th star birthday. You may know that the star and DOB coincide

every 19th year! So, the child has the same DOB and star as mine! :D

The story does not end here! Ram and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary, on the 'puNyahavachanam' of our son.

Recently, that girl
and her dear hubby celebrated their first wedding anniversary, on the 'puNyahavachanam' of their son. :)

Hearing about these the coincidences, my cousin commented, 'This kid will grow up, enter IIT and then MIT Boston.' :thumb:

there are 5 people in our house, but only 3 birdays - me alone, mrs K and our first born son same date, and the twins. :)

nov 22 - very important date in history. nov 22, 1962 president john f kennedy shot dead. does anyone here remember where they were when they heard the news?

in the usa, for folks of my generation and earlier, it was till recently, a popular question.

I thought only my DOB (Oct 31st) is tainted with an assassination (Indira Gandhi), now Nov. 22 is also a famous assassination date? :-(. Only my son is spared I guess... (Aug 21st).

I remember very well. Mom was in the kitchen when the news was 'aired'! Dad told us and we ran to inform mom.

She dropped the ladle she was holding and with a shock said 'OH MY GOD!'

P.S: I had a few more years to enter my teens! ;)
