Too much of anything is good for nothing! 'Showy' dresses, too much of make up /covering the body / colors

and funny dresses always draw stares!!
 
If you have assets to display-that is if you are beautiful and young-you will invite what is called here stare. It is actually an appreciative look. It is acknowledgement of the fact that you are beautiful and nice to look at. So there is nothing wrong about these "stares".
