What is the meaning of the term Sanatan Dharma

For anything to be accepted by all it has to use a universal language and universal concepts. They have to be explained in accordance with logic. Quality of content is half and presentation is half.

Hinduism, good religion notwithstanding, does not deserve the merit Sanatana Dharma. Hinduism is certainly not universal. That is the Truth. Ego will not accept Truth.

Thats why I feel no school of thought in this world is Universal.
But everything put togather fills in the cracks of each other and becomes Universal.

No religion is Universal. Absolutely none.
Religion will never connect one with God.
To connect with God, religion must be shed, ego must be shed/killed, self must die, every deceptive/false identity must be forsaken.
When connected with God, when God dwells inside one, then one is in sanatana dharma.

For all intents and purposes, the Sanatana Dharma gained ground as an idea in the nineteenth century in colonial India, in opposition to the religious reforms sought by the Arya Samaj. One of its main tenets was adhering to the caste hierarchy enshrined in Hindu texts.

I think Hinduism is much more inclusive than the Caste Hierarchy.
The DMK minister argued that Sanatana Dharma was based on the caste system and discrimination, and therefore should be eradicated.
This remark by the Minister led to major controversy, as leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)
came down heavily on the leader.

Forcing Hinduism even if in the label of Santan dharma is not correct. Let people practice their own beliefs. All religions preach only the right things. Let them be emphasized without alluding to a particular religion.
