IMO one cannot simply define all those who have access to internet are all sensible and if that is the case there is absolutely no need for establishment of cyber crime cell in Police Department which is an additional burden to the Government. Say about 15-20 years back, these Cyber Crime Cell was comparatively a small wing with minimum staff, but nowadays considering the volume of increase in cases reported and registered, the strength has increased proportionately which goes without saying that sensible people who have access to internet do seldom fall prey to these gangs.

In Cyber Crime Cell 419 is very popular which speaks volume.

i'm not saying about race...generally due to western influence about easy way of making money, always having double standards about morally right or wrong...due to western education making people lazy and avaricious and due to mix of races, castes not only in terms of marriage but also due to having different type of friendship, not having affinity to one's own culture, one's own ancestors, having influence of more friends who are exposed to various cultural influences, these are happening. I know these can't be avoided unless people are careful...still i feel that our law is not very strict enough like other country laws..there will always sympathy in our country by our people for even wrong reasons and wrong persons...we have more refugees rather than skilled people from other countries also is one of the reason...one way is to attract highly talented and skilled people to settle in our country and make them to have indian nature by allowing them to settle at least in small numbers
