dear Mr. Siva,

I , my mom my younger son and my sisters are all O+

My dad, my husband and my elder son are A+

You can verify the validity of the statement yourself I am sure :)

with best wishes,
V.R.

Your DH comparable to our dear Dad? NO WAY... :fear:

Our dad was பொறுமையின் சிகரம்... No doubt about it!

Yes!
பொறுமையின் சிகரம் always ends up with getting high B.P :(

while the giver of that high B.P may have a low B.P to compensate! :)

I want to tell Mama that most women in your family are hopeless (O+) and crucial men are Always Positive (A+). Ithu eppadi irukku? I just joked. Kobappadaadell.

Siva sir!

What kind of joke is this? Already I am vexed, after reading one whole

thread last night, finding that the 'learned' people call names and fight

like school kids? And, your joke (?) added fuel to the fire! Sorry to say

this, Sir!!

IMHO, you can not divide the whole world into four groups!! Impossible...

You would have observed by now that the two sisters in this forum

differ so much, even though they have the same blood group!

Raji Ram

PS: I am posting this because, I am one of the o+ves in our family

Blood groups may not decide how a person will evolve in the future.

The life style thrust up on him /her and the other living conditions

make a person super soft/ soft/ hard/ super hard/ diamond.

If I along with Mrs. Raji Ram and my wonder-woman-mom are 'hopeless'

than everyone in the world can be classified as 'utterly hopeless'.

I am also joking! No need to react!

# 63. Love all!
Zero score or Nil score is called love. The French word l'oeuf means an egg and denotes a zero because of its shape.
The long chain of association goes thus!
Nil => zero=> egg => l'oeuf => love!

# 64. Nickname.
In early English 'eke' meant also.
An extra name for a person was 'an eke name'
The three words in 'an eke name ' fused together
to give the new word 'nickname'!

It appears that I have upset the people I value. Please pardon me for my insensitive comment.

Dear Sis,

You could have mentioned my name! No fuse blown here....

I felt 'that' post like abuse. Got a 'sorry-to-say-that reply and

cooled down in four hours twenty two minutes!!

Raji Ram

dear Raji,

You actually noted down the time taken to cool down!

We used to read the temperatures at regular intervals to prove

the Newton's Law of Cooling.

I wonder what will be your reaction if you are torn to shreds like some

of the members are?! I was also under the attack of the awesome

few some in the past when I had just entered and got caught in a

controversial thread! But it made me stronger and more confident to

face similar attacks in the future.

Take care,
with best wishes,
V. R. Akka.

Dear sis,

I hate arguing with people. That is the reason why I do not show up in

'hot' discussions of this forum!

Raji Ram
:high5:

Mr. Siva is a poet and like all the other poets he likes to play with words, enjoy the puns etc.

O plus and hopeless sound so much similar and
A+ and Always Potive go so well together .

He must have thought that he was posting a very likable post-before he knew the reaction it had actually produced.

The whole world can be divided into A, B, AB, and O groups. Combining this with the Rh + and Rh-ve, the whole population of the world can be divided in to 8 groups!

Does this reflect on the one eighth population of the world?

I myself have started scolding in rhymes and puns.

The other day the children were quaking like hell and I told them,
"A vaththu! Vaayai chaaththu!"

I myself could not help smiling at the rhyme!

Lessons learnt:-

1. Life is like that!

2. A Point to Ponder!!

3. Never play with people whom you really DO NOT know!!!

4. Appearances may deceive!!!!

Cool... Sister!

So if someone known to you say that you are hopeless O+,

you are happy about the 'poetical pun'(??)

And because I am not known, 'I blew the fuse'?

Harmless joke? :decision: venemous comment?

Also the note ending the post...

Just joking! Kobabpadaadel!

is GOOD enough reason for me NOT to get angry!

I am afraid a non-issue is made an issue and is still dragging. Just because of my familiarity with VR and her husband, I made a comment in a lighter vein with a word pun. She views it in the sense I wrote it. It is basically something between the two of us. Just because RR happens to be VR’s sister, she took exception to my comment since it included “most women” in VR’s family. It is rather unfortunate. I said sorry for a truce. While the two may be sisters, as far as this forum is concerned, both are two DIFFERENT members. If RR had seen it from that view point, all these exchanges could have been avoided. By this, I am not saying anything against RR for I do have high regard for her. And going by my experience with RR in this forum, her reaction in this particular case is rather surprising. Let us close discussion on ‘O’plus (O+) matters and Be Positive (B+) (That is in fact my blood group).
