I posted earlier. Just to reconnect giving in background
I'm srinivasan living in T.NAGAR. living close to west mambalam and mylapore where thick of actions in terms of religious activities are concerned. We are basically from Sirkazhi (Tanjore district). Lived in US for 14 years and returned to india in 2007. have a daughter and son.

Living with code that i will not be the one to break the tradition and rituals. Interest : Music, Ramana, Nochur, Tennis, Swimming

namaskars. i am r.girija. i live in coimbatore. i work as a principal in a matriculation higher secondary school. luckily when i was trying to download tamil spiritual books, i discovered this site. i am happy to register here. hope i will be a good member sharing all my worthy thoughts, without hurting anyone. hope i will also gain a lot by sharing with others. i am interested in temples, slokas, bhajans, cookery, painting, drawing. i write tamil poetry. i am a good tamil and english orator. (malayalam too. malayalam is my mother tongue.) my schooling and further education all took place in chennai. i am a frank person.

I'm Balaji living in Singapore and working for an American MNC but basically from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. My native is a village near Kumbakonam, Thanjavur dist. I'm interested to learn more about our culture, tradition and the values behind it. I'm also eager to contribute / volunteer in any way to keep our tradition and help to pass the same to coming generations. Hope to here more from this form and community. I am not Tamil Brahmin but a Vaidiki Brahmin, I belongs to State of Andhra Pradesh and settled in Hyderabad , I am very much interested to join this group because of the Religious customs followed, Carnatic Music, and so many other orthodox systems. Though I do not know Carnatic Music I am a pure classical music lover. I am a retired Senior Government Officer from India Audit & Accounts Department(IA & AD) Comptroller & Auditor General of India.
