I am Mrs. Sriram, working as an editor and also sing Carnatic music in the radio in Chennai. My family is from Thingalur (near Tiruvaiyaru). My husband, Sriram, has a stockbroking background. As I had also worked in equity research, I sometimes take a sneak peek into the markets and try to keep myself abreast of the economic scenario. I am from Coimbatore. Born on 15.01.1956 at Mettupalayam, Coimbatore brought up at Erode and did my B.Sc at Chikkaiah Nauicker College, Erode. Interested to learn Astrology not for profession but for little bit academic interest.

When I was searching the answer to my doubt regarding cutting of the neem tree becuase it is with in the compound nearly 4 feets away from building. At that time i came across Brahin community and being the Brahmin I am very much delighted and immediately joined the forum

I am from Chennai and I came to know about Tamilbrahmins.com website from Google when I wanted to know about Ayushomam. I am K. Narayanan, son of Sri. S.Kalyanaraman (late) who was working in Highways department, Tamilnadu as Divisional Engineer. Myself after graduating B.E(Mech) from Annamalai University in 1967, joined shipping and became Marine Engineer. After becoming chief engineer in 1977 in SCI, worked in foreign flag vessels and retired in 2001 from sailing. Now working as Professor in AMET University,ECR,Chennai from 2008. Presently staying at Gopalapuram, Chennai. My wife Girija Narayanan,home maker. We are blessed with two sons, one married and staying in Washington DC,USA. Recently blessed with a grand son.

I am K S Iyer residing at Navi Mumbai , Maharashtra . I retired from BARC in 2009 . I have one Son - Elder , who is currently having his own business in IT line , married with a Son 2 years old , staying separately with his family in the same building where I stay . My Wife Mrs. Lakshmi is a retired employee from Central Railway . My younger daughter is also married and lives at Chembur . I am interested in our Vedic cultures and have learnt Vedas to some extent . We are the natives of Kumbakonam , Tanjore Dt. , TN . I M happy to know about you and hope our friendship will continue to our mutual interest .

I am Akila K. Srinivas residing at Bangalore. I am working as Senior Personal Assistant in an autonomous body and my husband is working in Karnataka State Government. I have one Son, he is in fourth semester Engineering. We are Telugu Aruvela Niyogi. My son studied in Veda Paatashala run by Kanchi Mutt in Bangalore from 3rd standard to 10th standard.
