I am Arjun Kalidas Iyer, registered here as Kalidas Iyer. I live in Bangalore and work for an IT firm. I hail from Nurani Village, Palakkad, kerala. My parents are brother live in Palakkad.

I like to learn a lot and that includes knowledge about brahminism and the duties of a brahmin throughout one's life.
I love listening to classical music and my hobbies include reading and painting.

I would like to contribute to this group as much as possible and at the same time gather satisfactory answers for my queries, thus benefitting mutually.

You will certainly learn quite a lot about the importance of Brahminism in this forum . It is widely believed that , having born as a Brahmin , if one exercises good Karmas , he will be bestowed with Mukhti ultimately .

I finished polytechnic in civil engg. and retired from govt. service. I am happy to come across this site when I was searching for Veda Classes online. I have become a registered member of this site today. I am very happy to be a part of this site and forum. I was really looking for a site or satsangam online for a long time. work in Ind. Ordnance Factories for 40 years & retd and settled in Madras for last 18 years.
I wish that all of you think over about how to get the resources available with the Forum members running to a few thousands, could be channalised for the overall benefit of the society. I feel that apart from the topics being brought up are discussed periodically, but a solid/ co-ordinated effort is lacking according to me.
If some of you think over & give out useful/ workable ideas which would help brahmin boys who need guidance/ need help in finding suitable jobs & many, many things.
Each one of you can talk to me over phone in informal way & develop accquaintance & co-ordinate ideas , likely to come-up
