Rahul era ends before it commences! True!

Rahul era in Congress ends before it begins

A stage has been reached when party functionaries will make an attempt to break the stranglehold of the top central leadership. This could begin with various states where the party is in power and the Chief Ministers may heave a sigh of relief with a weakened top leadership and start doing things in their own way. In fact, Tarun Gogoi, Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Virbhadra Singh, Siddaramaiah, Oommen Chandy, Prithviraj Chavan, Harish Rawat and others will have more space to breathe freely. And a scared and demoralised leadership will think twice before trying to impose its will on the state bosses of their party. As a result, the party's performance in these states will show marked improvement. Reports of a revolt brewing against the High Command are already pouring in.

Once the results are out and it is officially known that the party's performance has been the worst since 1952 when the first Lok Sabha elections were held, signs of a rebellion will become visible. It is therefore in Sonia Gandhi's own interest that in order to save her son from becoming a target of his own partymen, she should step down accepting responsibility.

One joke: The Gujjubhai will do anything to get a US Visa!

Yesterday Obama has already invited Modi..So visa should not be a problem..After seeing the spontaneous celebrations on the ascent of Modi in various cities of U.S, he would have changed in mind and decide to remove any restrictions on Modi

Will Dr Swamy get the coveted Finance ministry..He did not contest the recent elections..But will the BJP oblige him & fulfill his ambition?

Modi brews the perfect India blend -Part I | Asian Tribune

Two Tamilians have played a prominent role in Modi arriving on the Delhi stage – one is the well-known maverick Subramanian Swamy; the other is a less known Senthil Kumar, who helped Modi campaign acquire the tech edge with his 3-D holography and reach out to over 100 million voters at 1500 venues across India.

Senthil, whom Modi calls a hippie because of his hair style, is an established name in Tamil and Telugu film industry as a cameraman; he learnt the ropes of holographic technology in London at the behest of noted director Mani Shankar. Senthil came in contact with NaMo in 2012 because of Mani, who, according to informed sources, felt that the one political leader who would be open to using this technology to reach out to ever larger numbers of people was Narendra Modi.

Swamy Returns

The other Tamilian, who came close to NaMo in recent months, was Dr Subramanian Swamy, who had his political baptism in the Jana Sangh; he had left the saffron fold owing to differences with Atal Behari Vajpayee, the then tall leader. Now that Atal is history, and NaMo era has begun, he returned to his RSS roots in the BJP, and has held the forte in TV debates during the grueling campaign months particularly the last one month when most Delhi-based BJP talkathon experts were out on campaign trial.

Well, he has thus won back his BJP spurs and can expect to be rewarded not merely because of his expertise as an economist but also because of his ability to be an interlocutor with Colombo.
Swamy has friends in the Sri Lankan capital, who look to him in mutual admiration, and it may come in handy as Modi-fied India settles down and begins to deal with the Lankan neighbour keeping the resurgent AIADMK-led by charismatic Jayalalithaa Jayaram in the loop.

Vgane Sir: You missed out on what Senthil said about Modi. Here is what Senthil said, as reported here:

Meet the man who shot Narendra Modi in 3D hologram - Rediff.com India News

A meeting was arranged at Modi's home.

Senthil Kumar recalls he was floored the moment Modi walked in. "I had no idea what he was like in person. When I met him, I liked the way he carried himself," he says. "There was an aura about him; he looked like a divine personality."

"The way he dressed, the way he spoke, the way he walked -- everything about him impressed me. His body language was that of a leader, and he looked like a giant. He greeted each and every one of us personally and asked whether we were comfortable and had food. Only when he was assured that we had all eaten and were fine that he asked if we could get down to work."

Resignation Drama as a comedy side-show.

It has started with Nitish Kumar in Bihar. He has offered resignation and is willing to consider taking it back.

Next is Sonia and Rahul. They will sure offer to resign and would be ready to reconcider.

In south Stalin has offered to resign but taking back after a ever concerned loving Dad asked him to take back. The Dad has further said that stalin did not resign but it was all a cooked up story by Media. to complete the farce a few of the media persons have been roughed up. Tamilnadu politics is always a special comedy.

Mulayam and Akilesh in all probability will enact the same drama as Karunanidhi-Stalin combo this evening.

Next on line waiting to resign and take back the resignation will be Mayadevi.

And once the central cabinet is formed we can expect another kind of drama in which several actors may offer to resign from the BJP in protest and go about shining in the limelight of cameras until the Big Bro calls them up and asks them to shut up and behave. LOL.

We deserve this and more.
