Here is a sample that I had prepared for my own use:
1. நம: அஸ்து தே மஹா மாயே ஸ்ரீ பீடே' ஸுர பூஜிதே |
ஷங்க' சக்ர கதா ஹஸ்தே மஹா லக்ஷ்மி நம: அஸ்து தே ||

नम: अस्तुु ते महा माये श्री पीठे सुर पूजिते |
शङ्ख चक्र गदा हस्ते महा लक्श्मि नमः अस्तु ते ॥

2. நம: அஸ்து தே கருட ஆரூடே' கோலாசுர ப'யங்கரி |
ஸர்வ பாப ஹரே தேவி மஹா லக்ஷ்மி நம: அஸ்து தே ||

नम: अस्तुु गरु आरूढे कोलासुर भयङ्करि ।

सर्व पााप हरे देवि महा लक्श्मि नमः अस्तु ते ॥

3.ஸர்வக்ஞே ஸர்வ வரதே ஸர்வ துஷ்ட ப'யங்கரி |

ஸர்வ துக்க' ஹரே தேவி மஹா லக்ஷ்மி நம: அஸ்து தே ||

सर्व दुःख हरे देवि महा लक्श्मि नमः अस्तु ते ||

The underline shows it is voiced ( like in padam not patam) and ' after a letter shows it is aspirated
(like the 2nd and 4th letter in k,ch,t,th, p . Thus, the pronunciation will be as in Sanskrit. No need to use numbers such as k1,k2,k3,k4.

Nice and useful gesture. But please separate words with the help of some Sanskrit student to teach it. The students after three or four times will automatically add the sandhi. We are not in spoken Sanskrit time, That all our texts have to be done that way to be useful. Here is my sample:

மகா லக்ஷ்மி அஷ்ட ஸ்தோத்திரம் -8 சுலோகங்கள்​

புதிய உச்சாரண குறியீடுகள் - அடிக்கோடு (underlining)→ தொண்டை ஒலியுடன் (voiced) indicates voicing of the consonant like p and [p] which is b; “ ' “ (Apostrophe) indicates Aspirated stop sound such as p as in Devanagari पand p' as in Devanagari फ - प with forced air from the throat!. Here we give both in modified Tamil and the original Sanskrit couplets.

Example:

देेव नागरि​	प​	फ​	ब​	भ​
தமிழ்​	ப ( p )​	ப' (ph )​	ப ( b )​	ப' ( bh)​
