Ramachandraya Janaka Mangalam

Bhakta Ramadasu is an ardent devotee of Sri Rama who built the bhadrachalam Rama temple. His Carnatic compositions in Sanskrit, telugu are always around Rama. In this Mangalam composition which is typically sung at the end (of a concert) to invoke auspiciousness, Ramadasu describes how Rama can give that Mangalam or auspiciousness

Rama, the heart-throb of Janaka's daughter yields huge auspiciousness that fulfils our desires His smile lifts the life of devoted, like he lifted Indra's curse. That Rama is here (in bhadrachala) with tilak, sandal and garlands. Rama is also the Krishna with tulsi and gemstudded ear-rings. By becoming the guru in the self of truly devoted, he blesses them with complete auspiciousness. Rama is the lotus-eyed travelling on Garuda, who gives various knowledge, good thoughts and desires in the truly devoted by being the guru in their self. This Rama lives in the soft heart of Ramadas (as the guru) and gives all auspiciousness says Bhadrachalam Ramadas. In the hearts of the truly devoted, Rama lives as the guru, giving them various knowledge, good thoughts and desires, thus guiding them to complete auspiciousness in all their struggles.
