Chaudhary, who hails from Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh, had gained entry to the prestigious IAS training academy in Mussoorie by using a fake I-card. Chaudhary was arrested yesterday under Sections 420 (cheating, dishonesty), 467 (forgery of valuable security), 468 (forgery for purpose of cheating) and 471 (using as genuine a forged document) of the IPC.
