A child's mom is beyond any doubts the real mom.
Baap is the man a mother points out as the Baap! :)

I believe that in certain hospitals in the Western world,
only the mother's name is written in the Birth certificate!

In the past, in certain parts of the western world it was said that only the illegitimates and bastards bear the mother's initial / surname .

It is like this. If a lady goes alone and delivers a child,
only her name is put in the certificate- as the mother of the child.

If the father wants his name also included in the birth certificate,
he better accompany his wife with their marriage certificate! :)

This may not matter much until the family decides to travel across the hemispheres! :plane:

As long as there are two different sexes, the sexist remarks will prevail! :boink:

  • [h=3]IPS officer slams sexist article listing ‘beautiful women officers’ on Facebook[/h] Merin Joseph, Assistant Superintendent of Police of Munnar, Kerala, took to Facebook to share her disappointment at a sexist listicle done by a Hindi daily, titled "10 Most Beautiful IAS and IPS Officers In India".
