It was mentioned in the psychological report of the accused juvenile, that at the time of incident, he was physically and mentally capable to understand the consequences. After the JJB's order, the court will now be tried in a session's court.

When confronted or caught red handed, it just drops its tail to distract

the attention from itself and make good the escape well in time.

A Delhi court on Monday convicted five of the nine accused of raping a Danish woman in the national capital. Nine men, including three juveniles, were accused of raping the 52-year-old Danish woman in central Delhi. Additional sessions judge Ramesh Kumar had on May 26 fixed the matter for judgement after he concluded hearing final arguments of both the Delhi Police and the defence counsel.
