The donning of the RSS uniform on a Swaminarayan idol in a school in Laskana village in Surat district has kicked up a row. On Wednesday afternoon, several followers of Swaminarayan tried to enter the school premises, but they were stopped by the security guards as the school had called in security in view of the photo of the idol in Sangh uniform going viral. RSS had organized 20 educational and physical training camps for Its volunteers at Swaminaranyan Mission school, run by Swaminarayan Gurukul Vidyalaya at Laskana village in Surat district.

"Construction of 481 bridges under the Biju Setu Yojana has been completed while the work on another 382 bridges is in progress.

Washington, June 10 (IANS) India has more than 72,000 children and adults with unrepaired cleft lip or cleft palate, says a new study significantly highlighting the unmet need for cleft lip and/or palate (CL/P) care in India. The findings showed that there are 72,637 cases of unrepaired CL/P in India.
