People in power must voice their wise opinions and not their vice opinions! :nono:

[h=3]My opinions are my opinions: V K Singh[/h]AMID HEAVY protests by Left Front supporters against his remarks regarding the incident in which a Dalit family was set on fire in Haryana’s Faridabad, leading to the death of two children, Union Minister V K Singh on Sunday said “his opinions were his own”. Singh, who was in Kolkata for the release of a book penned by him, had kicked up a huge political row when he tried to shield the Centre from blame in the Faridabad incident, saying the “government cannot be held responsible if somebody stones a dog”. The Hindi version of his book Courage and Conviction, named Sahas aur Sankalp, was launched by Governor Kesari Nath Tripathi at Raj Bhavan.

I am! So I think!! Hope someone can clear my honest and genuine doubts!!!

1. Why is there so much fuss about the 'India's daughter' Geeta?

2. Was the Indo-Pak border merely a walk over/ step over boundary 15 years ago?

3. What made her enter a strange land all alone by herself - despite having speech and hearing impairment?

4. Who would let loose a young girl unable to speak or hear, alone and unprotected near a dangerous border zone?

5. Why was she spared all these years - in spite of having crossed over from India
since Infiltration is followed by attacking Indians/ soldiers as the usual practice ???

6. Why is she made to look so glamorous and so important
when she can hardly recognize her own family???

7. What is the mystery shrouded in the history of this Daughter-of-India??? :suspicious:

Angry young men and Angry Indian Goddess never fail to impress the audience! :thumb:

[h=3]IndiGo bars woman in ‘short dress’ from flight[/h] A woman passenger was not allowed to board an IndiGo flight from Mumbai to New Delhi on Monday morning as staff members of the private airline found her “inappropriately dressed”. While IndiGo confirmed the incident, it said the woman was stopped in accordance with a “specific dress code” that applies to its employees and their family members when they travel using the “staff leisure travel privileges” offered by the airline. While the woman is a former IndiGo employee, her sister is a current employee of the airline.

Looking at some of the co-travelers I have often wondered whether they set out of the house under the pretext of traveling - ONLY to enjoy all the tasty morsels and fancy dishes. Now my doubts have become more or less confirmed opinions! :)

Hope it will be a Treat and not a Trick on the Halloween night!

Very often too much publicity backfires miserably! :(

More so when the ads surpass the stuff in the product... any product!

[h=3]Alia Bhatt Opens Up On Shaandaar Failure[/h]Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt who recently starred with Shahid Kapoor in ‘Shaandaar’ had to face a huge failure with this film. Despite the star studded cast and the big banner production, the film failed to work its magic at the box office failing terribly. When asked about the same, Alia was quite cool about it saying that it is her first failure and hence she has decided to learn from it and move on. ‘Shaandaar’ had created quite some hype since Vikas Bahl was shooting it, but it proved to be not so shaandaar at the box office.

But WHY was the car on the crane hook in the first place???

[h=3]2002 hit-and-run- Victim might have died after car fell on him from crane hook: Salman’s lawyer[/h]SALMAN Khan’s lawyer Friday said that there was no evidence to show that the death of the victim of the the 2002 hit-and-run case was due to the accident. On May 6, Salman Khan was convicted on charges of culpable homicide, not amounting to murder, in the 2002 hit-and-run case. The possibility that the death was caused due to the car falling from the hook of the crane cannot be excluded,” said Salman’s lawyer Amit Desai.

Moody’s to PM Modi: Rein in party members or risk losing

global credibility

Growing voices in the country against rising intolerance, on Friday, found an echo in Moody’s Analytics— a division of Moody’s Corporation — as it called for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to keep his party members “in check or risk losing domestic and global credibility.” It also blamed the government for its failure to deliver on promised reforms. While the government does not have a majority in the upper house of the Parliament and has been unable to pass through important legislation, the report titled ‘India Outlook: Searching for Potential’ also said that the controversial comments from various BJP members may not just lead to a possible increase in violence but may also result in stiffer opposition for the government in the Upper House as debate turns away from economic policy.
