Think or sink!

I knew an elderly gentleman who has threes sons
but preferred to live alone on his own.
He thought it to be clever scheme to offer his cook Rs 6000 p.m.
She had to give him a tiny breakfast and bland diet for lunch and super.
She would buy the provisions, groceries and milk.
I am dead sure she must have saved 75% of the money straightaway
considering the small amount he ate and her huge size.

People who identify themselves with their names / images/ avatars and the like, behave in a responsible way. Greater their age, deeper their humility and better their interaction. :hail:

People who have ambiguous letters (I can't call them as names under any pretext)
which reveal neither the gender nor the age nor anything about them
use their anonymity to behave irresponsibly. :llama:

Anonymous is synonymous with irresponsible behavior. :decision:

It won't hurt to learn deft definitions along with the
lesser known languages and some good manners. :moony:

I have to gently protest the spirit of the post w.r.t. the words in bold. Interaction & humbleness have no correlation to age. That shows how some people think.

Just because some x, y, z have chosen to disclose their names, photos and what not, it is not incumbent on others to do the same in a discussion board on the net. This is a basic understanding and I fail to see how this can bring about good behaviour. For an argument's sake, t is also possible that the individuals using real names can very well put on a false identity.

I dont like being preached from a high pedestal, young or old. In frankness, all I have seen in this thread is only potshots taken at others' posts or members, veiled under the guise of "ponderings". It seems to be the vent of a frustrated mind, of course in a better known language.

Surprising and Unique Benefits of Rosemary

I like many others have been imagining that defeat is the opposite of victory.

I realized that defeat is the opposite of the word feat.

Let us see what the word feat means first.

FEAT

1. A notable act or deed, especially an act of courage; an exploit.

2. An act of skill, endurance, imagination, or strength; an achievement.

3. Obsolete A specialized skill; a knack.

Those who endure, achieve and are strong perform a feat. :thumb:

Those who give up and keep running away from themselves eternally

are the failures, losers, quitters or people who feel defeated in life.

Makes perfect sense!!! Right???

One crafty man misused the power of attorney

given to him by his trusting elderly relative.

He sold the plot, never revealed it to the owner of the plot

and used the money for expanding his own business.

The wheels of destiny have rolled half a circle.

Now is own plots have been swindled by a greater swindler.

Law of Dharma never fails to act - even if it appears to be delayed.

The most illogical explanation I have heard in recent times!!!

The grandfather had to spend a week in the hospital

(and spend ~ 35 grand for no real ailment actually)

since his granddaughter had secured a scholarship from a trust!!!

Can anyone beat his fertile imagination???

He could have given it to his grand daughter

instead of to the hospital and the doctors.
