Last year on the Tamil new year day the thread Think It over! was launched.
It discussed everything under the Sun and above it too.
People were welcomed with open arms to participate in it.
Compete freedom was given to the posters and
I used to reply to their comments to the best of my ability.
It was fondly called as Aviyal by one of my friends.
While most people enjoyed posting in and reading it,
its monstrous growth with an average of ~ 27 replies per day
became an eye sore for some others.
The thread was closely unceremoniously because of
the unrest caused by a handful of members.
They managed to get the thread closed.
But to this day it remains in the top of the chart of the hottest treads.

Moral of the incident...
Even meticulous planning and its execution can only
DISTURB the existing arrangements and NOT DESTROY them!
