The daily walk to the temple and back has helped me in more than one way.

It has helped me to walk much more confidently now.

The anaconda ankle is becoming slimmer - even if not yet normal.

I take bath as usual after yoga session and take a stroll to the temple and back twice - spread over half and hour.

This will be slowly increased to three or more rounds!

The stroll is traffc-free and the morning air is pure, cool and fragrant with the smell of flowers!

I just love it! I am sorry I did not think of this earlier.

I always tried to walk amidst the cricket bowling/batting and vehicles whizing past - in the evenings!!!

Thanks to the milk man who comes ONLY at 7-30 A.M. I get a solid two and half hours before the daily drudgery starts! :roll:

Our days start with a cup of hot coffee!!! right???

So I need not feel guilty of neglecting my kitchen chores
till the milk packets are delivered !!!

Children and their parents are requesting me to resume the music classes
and also start chanting classes for slokas and mantras.

I would rather polish my own singing and resume my veena practice.

It is time to brush up the sooktams/ saanthi mantraas/ Rudram /Chamakam/
Sahasra naamas of Vishnu, Lakshmi and Lalaita.
