Hard beds with coir stuffing are the best.
These are available with sponge on one side and coir on the other with total thickness ranging from 4 to 10 inches.
If the hard side makes the back a little stiff ,one could reverse it for sometime.

similarly sofas with nothing spongy are best-the base of teak ply with quarter or half inch thick cushions of any type is fine and the sofa is fairly comfortable.
It is best to customise so that feet touch the ground while sitting on the sofa. Also the back of the sofa needs to be straight at right angles.

If women look good from front , it is advisable to not see their backsides.
If initially one sees backside which looks good , it is wise not to see front side.
