"When you get little, you want more!
When you get more, you desire even more!

But when you lose it, you realize that even little was enough.."

When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems
as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then for that is
just the place and time that the tide will turn.

Dear all,

There was a typographic mistake in my today's Thought for Today!!! The same has been rectified and is being resent, sorry for the inconvenience caused in the meanwhile.

"Many of life's problems arise due to our making judgements using misconceived notions of good or bad and right or wrong"

“Don’t be afraid to give your best to what seemingly are small jobs.
Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger.
If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.”

Normally, if nails grow, one removes or cuts the nails only and not the fingers.
Similarly if misunderstanding arises one should have to eliminate the ego and
not the relationship with a person. Therefore, one has to think twice prior to
acting.

Normally we chant Mantras of sacred syllables which generates spiritual energy.
In Sanskrit, the Akshar 'Man' defines as to think, whilst the syllable 'tra' originates from 'trai'
i.e. it facilitates to be free from the physical world. Combination of these two syllables gives
the term 'Mantra', i.e. the thought that liberates and protects a person.

Success is not a happening, it is a result.
There is nothing mysterious about progressing.
It is doing instead of doubting, and working instead of wishing.

THE WIFE AND THE WINDOW
A young couple moves into a new neighborhood. The next morning, while they are eating breakfast, the young woman sees her neighbour hang the wash outside.
That laundry is not very clean, she said, she doesn't know how to wash correctly. Perhaps she needs better laundry soap.
Her husband looked on, but remained silent. Every time her neighbor would hang her wash to dry, the young woman would make same comments.

About a month later, the woman was surprised to see a nice clean wash on the line and said to her husband "Look she has learnt how to wash now. I wonder who taught her this."
The husband said: "I got up early this morning and cleaned our windows !"
And so it is with life: "Like the purity of window, not the clothes - its how we look at things. Before giving negative comments, it is good to check our state of mind rather than pass comment"
