Dear Mr.Subrahmanyam sir,

I 100% agree with you on this. When i used to be in Hospitality industry the basic rule was to remmeber the guests name and call them by their name which used to enhance the closeness that the guest may feel. One guest was so shocked when we called her by her name when she turned up in our hotel after a lapse of 2 years and the proud look she gave to her friends that she is remembered even after two years was to be seen... Cheers. ( thanks for taking my thoughts back to my earlier pleasant days...)

"Be at peace with your God, whatever you conceive him to be, and whatever your labors and aspirations in the noisy confusion of life. Keep peace with your soul. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy"

First be a believer and then you can become achiever. Believe in yourself and believe in
what you do. If you don't believe yourself, why should others believe you?
