Dear Prasad,

1. Karma is for an Individual and not for a nation.
2. People other than Hindus are a miniscule, hardly 10% of Indian Population.
3. I trust Secularism facilitates growth.
4. "It is because of Gandhi family" - Which Gandhi, Feroz or Mohandas? Again is it Gandhi family or Nehru family?
5. No comments on Fiat Money.
6. Horoscope again is for an individual and not for a nation. I still wonder how horoscope can be an excuse.

My post#22 was in reference to Mr. Acharya's post#20. (i included Mr. Acharya's comment which I liked).
In my post#22 the comments in blue were my speculation of excuses given for not accepting personal responsibility.
So they were EXCUSES.

Sometimes when you jump into a conversation you miss the context. But no problem, good to know you.

Another unique facet of Indians is that we are not ready to look inwards -what we are doing, what we are talking, what we are hearing.......We are more interested in finding out what the other person is doing, hearing & talking about

This prevents us from being our own self....We always replicate what others are doing...With this we loose the individuality...A sort of crowd mentality creeps in.

It is only when we become our own, when our external action is guided by our own inner voice that we shall raise above the mundane.
