in canada, there is a province newfoundland. now there is oil, but till a few years ago, it was considered a 'have not' province. ie no jobs.
so even the normal unemployment benefits were made more generous. this is a true story.
in one village, there was only one good job ie postman. the rules said, that if you worked for 1 month, you qualified for 11 months unemployment benefits. so 12 families rotated the one postman job, and received federal benefits for years. all perfectly legal
but the video is about something else. it is about the 100 day employment scheme of sonia gandhi. and how it is (mis)used in tamil nadu. probably the same all over bharat.
