Talk of divisive policy by bjp is refusal to face ground realities by the psecs and media with neutral claims. Why minority means muslims only when all other communities - sikhs, jains, buddhists and christians seem to be a contended and prosperous lot. Truth must be known and told.
Since by polls cannot lead to change in policies or governance unless stability of the ruling party is affected, they have little relevance in future outcome. Some statistics:
DMK: Won 11/13 by-polls between 2006-2011.
Won 31/234 (-126) seats in 2011 TN Assembly Elections.
BSP: Won 15/18 by-polls from 2007-2012
Won 80/401 (-126) seats in 2012 UP Assembly Election
TDP: Lost 41/41 by-polls between 2009-2014
Won 102/175 seats in Andhra Pradesh Assemble Elections

BJP would realize that only constructive policies of the government will benefit the people and make all of them happy. BJP should not resort to divisive policies if it wants to continue to stay in power. It has to raise its level and stand apart from the other parties for its own good and for the good of the country.
