A person can live without food for about 40 days,

We think that we support the minute Atman living inside

us . But it is the minute sookshma aatman that supports

this huge, heavy, bulky and clumsy physical body!

Hard to believe is it not??

the body drops down...even though it still has

Tricks work out to some extent but not fully.

The long pallu may divide the body vertically,

making it appear thinner...

the draped flowing dress may hide the midriff bulges,

creating an illusion of thinness...

the dark colored drape may suggest a vine like body...

but a fleeting glance at the face is

enough to tell a different story.

This I gathered during one of the discourses. No doubt, two peoples
Brahma Lipi may not be same as Dr Reuka Madam has put it.

incorrect dosage instructions and that too can cause illness to worsen.
When people fall sick, doctors will have to invariably or necessarily analyse
properly the symptoms and diagnose the disease before prescribing the
medicines.
