Dear RR ji,

Actually there was no one!LOL

I was just pulling everyone's leg..you see I wanted to join the Get Together Frenzy in the Forum ranging from beet root halwa to kaaram snacks etc!

You see I saw that everyone was getting happy and excited about the recent get together so I thought lets make up some story!LOL

Ha Ha Ha..you believed it!

Do you really think I will ever play host to anyone??

I think TVK got scared because she likes 'playing host' to ghosts !!!

I remember how she gave a graphic description of one of those visitations to her hotel room - how the curtains started
bellowing, the air got chill and was whistling etc etc - scene straight out of a Alfred Hitchkock !!!

You still want me to go to KL ???

I think it will take a lot of curiosity rather than 'bravery' .

I would sit and listen intently to Renu's Mom narrating :

" You know, when Renu was a young girl, she had these weird friends [ the world calls them ghosts ].
And there was this man from Hollywood who would make those long-distance calls and talk for prolonged periods.
I think his name was Hitchcock, ......... . He would then send free tickets for those horror movies - first day, first show.

But we couldn't take Renu with us to any of those movies as children were not allowed. But Renu would
protest, saying that it was only a short narrative about her friends !!!! ".

Then she [ Mom ] will tell me about Maya, Yoga, Karma, Dharma etc and topics like these that her
little girl would talk for hours together.

Yeah, I think I'll go to KL - It'd be a life-time opportunity to meet in person, the person who is the inspiration for
the man known as King of Horror .

I may need a battalion of exorcists to accompany me - care to join the group ?

My mum would tell you..

My mum: She..(renu) was one the moodiest child ever..she would never want to mix much with anyone and just spend her time reading,playing and cutting open her teddy bears and removing the contents..I had to stitch all her teddy bears and so I thought she would be a good doctor when she grew up.

AM Ji: But madam..didnt you think cutting open teddy bears was scary..she could have grown up to be serial killer.

My mum :OMG ! I never thought of that!

AM ji: and she sees ghost too isnt it?

My mum :ya ya thats true..that runs in the family..I also see ghosts.

your honeymoon - and that must've been a century ago - let's see what your pals
[ ghosts ] are up to nowadays - have they aged too ?

I think all the bones in TVK's body are already rattling with fear and making such a noise
that they may not allow him to take the flight with me to KL - and Tmt RR is not making it any
easier for him.

Ok..this is latest story..not scary at all.

Ok I drive home about 8.40pm after work and reach my home at about 9.00pm.

Near my home right now there is construction for a LRT going on and all jungles have been cleared to make way for it.

For the past 3 weeks every friday night when I drive home when I pass that construction site my car gets filled with an overpowering scent of Jasmine flowers..just too strong..then when I reach home the smell disappears.

I have no idea where the smell comes from..cos there is no temple near by or any tree nearby..its just plain construction area with mud and works only.

The smell is just overpowering..God knows where it comes from?Why the same day and same time?? The smell suddenly comes and suddenly goes.

But I keep checking the rear mirror to see if any unwanted passenger is in the back and none so far.

Does it [ the jasmine smell ] give you a headache, like it does on international flights ?

Ghosts are supposed to more than just give headaches !!!! - I guess it is just some Air Freshener
sprayed into the car air vents that's getting ' induced late ' . Try some other flavours say, lavender / rose,
maybe you'll get the smell before you transit through the construction site.

I know some guys [ Sravna, please excuse the term is not gender specific ], who drink in
bars, come back home and then get 'high' after a good one hour - just "late inducement" .
- But then, I also know guys who don't need any alcohol / narcotic at all to get 'high' .

You were supposed to give us a Ghost Story - you can start with defining "Pisaasu" and "Paey", their salient
features differences etc etc.

1. If this is the season when the air from above the sea surface just blows across to the land in the evening through the night then you can do a bit of research to find out whether this wind is blowing in your direction when you cross that area which has been cleared of all growth.

2. If that time in the night is the time when air temperature increases and the temperature may cause your blood vessels to expand and make your olfactory nerves extremely sensitive by increased blood supply to them.

3. For reason no 2 above a used up and discarded scent bottle/deodorant can in your car may open up and send the last few drops of deodorant into your closed car interior.

There are hundred such possibilities. Rule them all out before going into the ghost land because ghosts are extremely scared of humans and particularly women.

Nope..I dont get headaches at all with this smell..its pure Jasmine..you see when humans wear jasmine it gives me a headache but somehow this Jasmine does not give me a headache at all even though its double strength and has a slight middle eastern perfume feel too.

Dont know where it comes from.

Dear Vaagmi ji,

I dont use any car deodorant..I do not like any fragrance or anything in car..my car is nude..no decoration no nothing..I like things bare..it gives the raw feel!LOL
