Dear P J Sir,

I cut the potatoes into halves and pressure cook till one whistle. When it cools down to

room temperature, the peel comes out like 'thopppi' with a gentle squeeze!

I tried the oats milk sweet with added chocolate. The same procedure, with two tablespoons of Nutella and half a cup sugar added.

Dear Sir,

Sorry! You can't compare this procedure to IVF in which the fertilization happens outside the human body!

Fixing the potato in the stems is just to keep the moisture in them.

My father in law passed away three years back.Initially my husband and his younger brother did Shraddham together.Now they want to do separately.I want to know if this is ok.Two brothers doing separately?We do live in different states.Plus I want to confirm if my husband's father,his father's father (paternal)grandfather and (paternal) great grandfather and the respective grandmothers are the ones invoked during Shraddh.I understand this is not an answer to your post,but I couldn't find a way to post my question.Sorry about that.

I received a chime as a gift from one of my dear ones. Wooden pieces were attached to the strings and the chime was dumb!!

After fixing paper pieces instead of the wooden ones, the lovely sound is filling our sweet home 24 X 7 X 365.25! :thumb:

Hi all,

Happy New year to all of you.

My new year has started with a great news: I could get rid of the pigeons which were making my balcony un-usable because of their shit. Finally, two years of struggle, after trying many methods to keep them away, I managed to fix nets all over and for the last one week there has been no nuisance of these pests. Now my plants also have a new lease of life - they are no more destroyed by these birds which used to lay eggs and hatch their young ones in the pots, adding to the mess. I find this a sure and kind method of keeping the pest-birds away.

Poor birds! So 2014 did not start off well for them!LOL(Just kidding)

BTW the droppings of pigeons can be dangerous cos it can cause Histoplamosis..so I guess you did the right thing by putting up a net to keep the pigeons out..but beware may be pigeons might have some other plans too!LOL
