Dear friends,
I went to see this movie with my Grand Ma, initially I told her I don’t want to come, and it’s a very old movie... But she wanted to see it again and she needed company, as my mom comes back from school by evening. So, the only option was me. After her repeated persuasion and the excitement of getting two packets of groundnut packets, I went with her. But, I enjoyed like anything and wanted to see one more time. I didn’t get the courage to tell my nani thinking of the back fire I am will get. Later when we bought the VCR, I bought the cd and saw it scene by scene with full satisfaction. And this song, oh what a song! All great actors, what an acting, my heart goes for all those great actors and actresses. With very limited technology in hand, what great movies and effects they had made and the depths of their acting still amaze all. Hats off to them all.

Here are two old songs ,bringing old memories"
yahan badlawafa ........film Jugnu
YouTube - Yahan Badla Wafa Ka ..... Jugnu (1946)
and surendra in anmol ghadi - kyun yaad aarahe hain
YouTube - Kyun Yaad Aarahe Hain song from Anmol Ghadi
I feel this song as very inspirational, being a tamilian that I am! I have danced to this song in my year 11 and instead of the main dancer coming out of the book, it was the main dancer coming out of a conch (oh, here I have to heartily praise our art master of our school!)
I still don't know what that film is (poor me!!) but I love this song. I know this song by heart!!! We students got so inspired listening to this song and many of us got goosebumps!! - 'சங்கே முழங்கு'
YouTube - Sange Muzhangu Sange Muzhangu Sange Muzhangu - Pavendar Bharathidasan Song
Kind regards
P.S. Not at all proudly but very humbly I admit that I was the main dancer
