This is K S Balaji, from Bangalore. Born in Chennai but brought up in Bangalore. Worked as accounts officer for almost 20 years before I gave up my job and started export trade. I am an Iyengar (Vadagalai) and married for about 18 years, have two kids, one daughter (studying in 10th) and one son (studying in 7th).
 
Introduction of myself

I hail from Thiuvaiyaru ,Tanjore Dt and I am a reitred Banker.
I have one son and one daughter. Son is married and is now with his wife in USA.My daughter is to be married.
I have learnt a litte veda in my school,college days and I am interested and I am doing parayanams - Ramayana, Srimad Bhagavatham, SrideviBhagavatham, DurgaSapthasathi Adyatma ramayanam etc.I have recently read a Book "Punitha Samskarangalum Iniya Sampradhyangalum " written by Mrs. Padmavathy Gopalakrishnan.It is wonderful piece of work and to be possessed by each Brahmin Household.I have attached the review of the book published in Adyar Times.Kindly go thru the same

i am balachandhar from vadagudi near nannilam in thiruvarur district. now we are in kumbakonam. currently i am employed in jubail ,saudi. born & brought in a treditionally orthodox fmily, i am striving to uphold the values inculcated. interested in literature and music. i am moderateley trained in yoga & pranayama . i suggest all i meet to practice this for their goodness. i try to club sandyavandanam with yoga& pranayama.

The "samkalpa" varies according to the pooja and the result you desire out of it. Please give the details and I shall try to answer.
