Sir you are talking about global warming, and green house gas emission in this site. They are still talking about flat earth, and Earth in the center of the universe theory.

I had one astrologer friend who is nomore now. There was a time, his predictions were very accurate. He used to say pariharams don't really work. But would prescribe pariharams to everyone ( including myself). So, one day i asked him why he was prescribing pariharams if he thought it may not work.... he said pariharams may not avert ill effects but would prepare one's mind to take the ill effects on the chin and to move on in life!

If you have faith in God, there is an universal pariharam for all kinds of ill effects in the horoscope - that is, just have faith in God, pray for a relief and leave the rest. God would do much better job of pariharam than anyone else.

( On the other hand, if you are a sceptic, you may not believe in horoscope system itself, so pariharams may not mean anything to you).

From my experience all I can add to this thread is.... we can always strengthen our mind power; if a pariharam sounds reasonable like being nice to others / donate some money to poor / to meditate for few minutes everyday etc are harmless positive actions. Works well at all times.

surely have read a lot about green house emissions - you are absolutely correct and sound like
