Ok since you asked..here is the weird nightmare.

I had a dream that my whole hotel room looked like a hospital and there were 4 people dressed in black lying face down and had some outdated IV antibiotic being transfused.

In my dream I told these 4 men in black to leave the ward cos I felt they were not from this time seeing the antibiotic that was being transfused.

Then suddenly the 4 of them rise in the air and were floating.
They were 4 black shadows.

In my dream I started reciting the Gayatri mantra to scare them away but to my surprise these 4 ghost also start reciting the mantra well seated in lotus position in mid air.

Then I thought OMG these ghosts can even recite Gayatri mantra then I thought I better try to escape and I thought I better sing Raghu Pati Raghava Raja Ram song to keep these ghosts busy so that I can escape!!LOL

Then in my dream I am singing Raghu Pati Raghava Raja Ram song and these 4 ghosts start singing and clapping like singing in some bhajan.

Then in my dream..I thought "Ok these 4 are singing happily..time for me to escape"

Then in my dream I run out of room but these 4 do not leave my room and instead they hide in the closet in the room.


Ok dream over..next day I still heard all sounds from closet and door and walls.

I was thinking are there really ghost in my room or it is just my tired mind and all these weird dreams?

I still got the same dream for 2 days.

So then I decided to recite the Gayatri mantra when I woke up in the morning and also sang Raghu Pati Raghava Raja Ram song in my hotel room.

That night I never heard any more sounds.

I have no idea what was in my room but all sounds stopped after I recited Gayatri Mantra and sang Raghu Pati Raghava Raja Ram song.

But the hotel manager did ask me when I went for lunch if my room was alright.
I said fine ..it is Ok at one point I wanted to ask him if there were any Ghosts in the room but I dropped the idea.

If you would have told him there were ghosts...certainly you would have received bill for keeping ADDITIONAL occupants..!!

When I came back to M'sia I told my parents and my husband about the room and they said "why didn't you ask for a different room?"

I told them it was not really too scary so I didn't want to change rooms.

Dear Renu!

I am sure those four GIB (Ghosts In Black) had been waiting for ages for someone :couch2:

who would refresh them in Gayatri mntra and bhajans. Naturally who else could it be!

Having got their refresher course free of cost they decided to recite them by themselves with more confidence.

I am sure the hotel manager knew about those four GIB. :heh:

He felt confident that you can handle them and gave you that room!

Since you did not complain, he wanted to find out :suspicious:

whether the close encounter had taken place or not! :rolleyes:

Apparently those four floating G.I.B. were part of the room and its contents! :rolleyes:
the enjoy free boarding and lodging :hungry: :couch2:

and Dr. Renu helped them free refresher course in spirituality. :)

My military uncle surprised all of us when he took palm-full of water
and took it round his food before starting to eat it.

My father, a busy doctor, was duly impressed by this action...
until my uncle replied in the most casual tone,

"Athimber! I do not remenber the correct mantra.
Yet I want to chant some mantra!
So I just say Raghupthi raaghava raaja raam
patheetha paavana sita ram!"

Dear VR ji,

I also was thinking on those lines may be they had to hear the Gayatri Mantra recited and Raghupati Raghava Raja Ram song being sung so I recited it after 2 days of the same dream.

I felt may be they needed that to move on and cease being ghosts.

Well, all the sounds and dreams stopped after I recited and sung the mantra and the song.

I personally feel that Gayatri Mantra and Ragupathi song did not make the "Ghosts" run away, but in fear you would have sang the song as " Raghy pathi Ragyva raja raam" and they would have vanished , as they would have met Raghy sir on any one of his night vists to the ghat's. Fearing him only they would have vanished!! Cheers to Raghy sir.

Dear sir,

You do not know me as well in my Ghost encounters! Ha Ha Ha.
I am quite used to such encounters since a child.

After 2 days of having those dreams..I felt may be the Ghost wanted to hear someone sing it for them hence I sang it for the Ghost and not out of fear for myself.
You see very few people think of Ghost also.
They also have feelings and need some guidance.

That encounter was not that scary..I am used to worse encounters!LOL
