This is still not too bad...recently my mother has started nagging everyone for no reason at all and everyone is getting a little uneasy too.

She wants perfect order and discipline which none of us can live up to.

Yesterday my son told her this.(He calls her Mama)

He said :Mama(Grandmother)..ever since you were born you have been a major contributor to Global Warming.

My mother asked him "In what way..can you explain what you mean?"

My son replied "You keep opening your mouth non stop and nag others and contribute to global warming by the heat coming out from your mouth"

That was it Ok..my mum got real angry and she said 'Renuuuuuuuuuuuu!! just listen to what your son said!"

My son's kitchen is a mess. With two small kids aged 3 years and 3 months it can't be helped.
Both my son ans daughter in law have their jobs to do as well. I offered to clean up the mess and rearrange the kitchen.
I was told to leave things as they are. Once organized properly they may find it difficult to locate the things they need!!

Always make sure that your child's name ends with a vowel! :)

it is usual in present day children .they say
i am sad mummy .be happy dada(dad). i have a surprise for you .you will get gift only if you listen to me i do not like / want you etc.
when get angry TV remote ,mobile phone will thrown and laptop keyboard will be smashed. when you tie up ,they will make mess of all

I start work tomorrow after being on a holiday and also closed for EID(schools are closed almost for 10 days here for Eid).

I really hate the feeling of going back to work after taking a break.
Sometimes I wished I had a job which does not require so much talking and human contact.

Someone should make some software for doctors and patients where non emergency patients just touch screen and the info is transmitted to doctor who is behind a screen and also communication is only through the computer.

Then physical examination is carried and doctor talks less to patients.

I really enjoyed my stay in India cos I did not have to talk to anyone much.

I crave for so much silence but what to do my job requires me to talk and talk and talk!LOL

The people are so lazy that they won't even TOUCH the touch screen! :rolleyes:

You can record your routine questions and play them one at a time.

Lip-synch it will be even more realistic. ;)

Wait for their answer and go on to play the next question!

It will be fun and relaxation and you can escape from the drudgery of compulsory talking!

I found out the secret of the orderliness behind the disorderliness.
My son did his PhD in CHAOS THEORY!
No wonder he manages to live happily in the apparent chaos! :)

CHICAGO (AP) — Days after police stormed a southwestern Illinois home on the allegation that a teenage girl had been held captive and forced into sex, authorities wouldn't say whether an ongoing investigation would result in additional charges.
