A good temple to visit which is on Kolli Hills.

This is called as sadhdhi or a feast ! :)
I eat lunch in the morning (Breakfast lunch or brunch)
and only light tiffin in the after noon.
Thank you for the double dose, double lunch for a two-in-one lady
since I am a Gemini!!!

..............since I am a Gemini!!!

Shmt. Visalakshi Ramani,

So, as per western astrology, you are a Gemini!!??!! If that is the case, that means, as per vedic astrology your SUN is placed in Taurus, in your natal horoscope.

Hmmmmm, so, you are a very stubborn and highly determined lady..... :)

As far as my observation is concerned, you seem to be stubborn only in the sense of Keeping Up your Spirit high and positive, never to give up what you like to do, never to compromise with anything that you could find wrong and undesirable and never to get crippled by any sort of oppositions and criticism.

Just a guess - Do you belong to Sagittarius Rasi / Moon sign And OR Lagna??

Pathaya Pathaya Enna Mami Ungalai matrum ninaikireergal. Mamavai Vittutele
I placed two leaves to both of you (including Mama), though I know in Brahmin
family, lunch is taken in the morning itself. Brahamanan suvaiya thinnu kettan.

Mr Ravi

My star is Chithirai (First Padham) Kanya Rasi born on 27.4.1945 (born on Chithra
Pournami Day). I am not sure of the date. I do not have a horoscope, as birth time
is not exactly known. Why don't you look to my present position too.!!

WOW!!! Great!!!
I could NOT have described myself better and briefer!!! :clap2:

I try to keep my spirit high-even though every one is
determined to puncture it!

I am stubborn in keeping up with my schedule once I make it.

I will not stand and watch dispassionately when something wrong happens.

Oppositions and criticisms are the boosting factors for me -
since except a handful of people all the others are determined
to make me a door mat!

Thank you for the nice summing up of me. :yo:

I do not know about the Sagittarius and the moon though!

So the group of kaattumirandigal I spoke of, starts right from my home!

So you were born on a Chitra Pournami day!

No wonder you kept your COOL,
in spite of everything I dragged you through.

I am sure you have a full moon face too -
I mean a perfect circle :)

I lay awake from 3 A.M till the Sun rose, watching the
super full moon this Chitra Pournami day. :couch2:

I was in my sister's house and could indulge in this moon watch!

If I had been in my flat, I would have had to climb three stair cases up and again descend three staircases on my way down.

I can't forget its silver rays and the cool radiance!

Happiness.

One is never so happy nor so unhappy
as one thinks. :nono:
Duc De La Rochefoucauld.

Happiness is a wondrous commodity,
the more you give, the more you have! :)
Madam De Steal.

Boys prefer to marry girls who resemble their mothers or other close family members.

Girls prefer boys who look like their dads when they were young or other close family members.

When I was in college I remember one guy liked a girl who resembled his mother and he will go on and on telling everyone that the girl looked so motherly and he was planning to try for her.

One day one his friends told him that a girlfriend should look like a hot chick and not like one's mother cos if she reminds you of your mother now when you marry her she will remind you of your grandmother!!

The guy dropped the idea of getting to know that girl.

I wonder how many of us have had weird funny dreams in the past.
May be members can share a few funny dreams.

When I was a 15 I remember having a dream that I had turned into a male and I woke up screaming and ran to the mirror and was glad to find that I was still female.
That was one scary dream..I don't mind nightmares but not turning into a male!!LOL
Females have so many type of clothes and shoes to wear.Males have so few fashion choices.

Second funny dream I recall when I was around 17 years of age.

I remember that I was in Puttaparthi and one lady was telling me "Renu you are a muslim"
And in my dream I remember telling the lady "No I am a Hindu" and we started arguing.
Then the lady told me if you don't believe me look there.
Then I saw my father with a muslim skull cap and doing Namaz facing the prayer hall.

I woke up in a fright and asked my father the next day if he is 100% Hindu.
My father was "what is wrong with you! off course I am Hindu"

Then I told my father my dream and everyone had a nice laugh.

Facial resemblance of the child either to father or mother or the family members will be appreciated by family
members and the child will be praised. If it is not so, one may have to undergo a gene test which recently
happened. In fact a minister is forced to undergo a test recently by the Court.

I know many mothers in law and daughters in law

who could pass off for mothers and daughters.

Even though opposite poles attract, often we wish to find a familiar trait

in the new person which will make us like that person.
