[h=3]This is what 365 days without a vacation does to your health[/h] If you live in the US, the odds are high that you haven’t taken a vacation this year (or last year, for that matter). Working without a real break can take a serious toll on one’s mental and physical health. Data collected in 1991 from a renowned ongoing longitudinal project started in 1948, called the Framingham study, shows that female homemakers who took vacation once every six years or less had nearly twice the risk of developing heart attacks or having a fatal heart problem than those who took time off at least twice a year. The researchers reasoned that the correlation may be related in part to health problems associated with longer exposure to psychological stress.

'D' for Delhi or Dengue???:decision:

[h=3]Dengue cases double in 2015[/h]This year, however, 41 people had died, though the Health Ministry said in a statement that with a fatality rate of 0.20 per cent, casualties remained “very low”. The highest fatality rate reported in India so far was during the 1996 outbreak, when it was more than 3 per cent. The Union Health Ministry, meanwhile, is in talks with the Indian Council of Medical Research for a possible notification to ban rapid diagnostic test kits for dengue on the ground that at a 50 per cent error rate, the false positives given by the rapid test, was only adding to the panic.

I can never digest the coexistence of flood and famine in the same country! :(

[h=3]Over 1.5 million people hit by floods in Assam[/h]By Biswajyoti Das GUWAHATI, India (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - Authorities in Assam are struggling to respond to massive floods which have affected more than 1.5 million people and forced more than 200,000 people to seek refuge in relief camps, senior government officials said on Monday. Heavy monsoon rains in the tea and oil-rich state have caused burgeoning rivers, including the mighty Brahmaputra, to burst their banks, killing more than 50 people this year, including 15 people in the past week. Assam's Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi said the state was unable to provide adequate assistance to flood-hit villagers as it did not have enough resources and called on the federal government in New Delhi for more support.

[h=3]10 Great Movies Ruined By Bad Acting[/h]The three plucky British youngsters selected to play the roles of Harry, Ron and Hermione could’ve sunk the most successful film franchise of all time before it’d even had a chance to get settled in.
