I am still referred to as veenai maami by the older occupants of the flats.

The newer occupants of the flats know me as paattu maami
since in continue to sing in the colony temple. :sing:

My old students refer to me as the dance teacher. :dance:

But here nobody refers to me as the mami who writes Puranams
since no one even knows that I write and blog in the web!

No one is respected in his/ her own land !!! (???) :sad:
