Bhramara and Bhramari are not meditation techniques.
They are prathyaahaara praanaanyaamaa techniques.
(how many 'a's in one sentence) WOW!
 
Kaaradaiyaan nonbu has been conveniently shifted

from 4 to 4-30 A.M on 15th to 9 to 9-30 P.M on 14th !

Some very orthodox ladies in my family circle observed fast on 14th and followed the timing of wee hours of 15th. :pray:

But one of them wanted to keep ONLY with vetrilai and pazham as neyvEdhyam! I suggested her to change the manthram as:

'urikkAdha pazhamum vetrilaiyum vaiththEn; orukkAlum en kaNavan piriyAdhirukkaNum'. Rhyme for convenience! :becky:

I think the prayer should be modified since
the occasional absence of the Lord and God :whip:
of the house from the house gives us :bolt:
a breathing space as well as some quiet and peace.:couch2:

JUST as a life without a death to deliver one from the miseries is unthinkable, the life without a moment' separation will be too much to live with some people.
They are famous for squeezing the palm full of sand into nothingness!
AND they don't deserve the fasting and the prayers either.

THEN why is the media teaching these people
how to kidnap persons, how to decapitate people,
