As soon as you wake up in Brahma muhurtham how can one take control of his mind totally from thoughts from deviation.

How? what and whom to pray to keep your whole thoughts away. If one is doing meditation what is exact way to do it. How to hold air? whom to think when u hold air for few fraction of seconds? a need N number of clarifications through message or mail please. Any of you would be pleased to revert back.

Thank you 🙏🏻.

No one has replied to you yet. It appears you are confused and conflating few things.

What is the reason for your trying to do whatever you are trying. Mind can be controlled into abeyance for brief period of time. Otherwise the effort is useless

So clarify what you want to accomplish

4)dhyana

Patanjali yoga sutras has the answer to all your questions.

Thanks a lot that you had a look at my threads.
Yes none has replied.

Now a days i couldn't vidhvans, many has come out with in the name of Gurus who teaches online. It is very hard to see people who is not expert in any subject. I met few ppl saying they were Gurus in yoga shastra but later realised not to choose any of them until I find someone who is expertise. At times it is really very difficult to control thought process where it leads to infinity, things become normal when brain doesn't accept anything finally.

Again thanks a lot for reverting back 🙏🏻.

You are right indeed that there is a lot of misinformation in every aspect connected to Hinduism. It is not an organized religion and these days guru business is big business.

It is possible to find right resources. You have to start with clarity as to what part of life is unsatisfactory and what you want. If you want more money or have lot of desires temples, religious rituals and astrologers are there to help. If you want better health yoga and pranayama can help. All the gains by any of these methods are short lived.

There are few that are curious about life. There are all kinds of models explaining what this world is about.

If you want freedom you must know what that freedom means to you. Then it is a different focus.

So what is driving you to learn more. What is the underlying motivation. That is a starting point. You do t have to share this here. But if you share it is possible to point to a right direction

Dont wait too long to start the journey.
Look within yourself.
At times it best we dont analyse too much and give our brain a rest.

The thought process usually is difficult to control.
It just needs to be diverted to something beneficial.
So divert your mind by engaging in activities that need ekagrata( one mindedness)

The activities that help in getting focused can range from archery to outdoor sports like hiking ,swimming and to yoga.
So firstly get physically active.

Then you can do reading of religious text, choose interesting topics to begin your journey.

If you are interested to learn in detail of Yoga philosophy and Patanjali yoga sutras I would recommend you are fantastic guru/ yogaacharya who is also a medical doctor and lots more...He conducts courses both in person and online.
You can read all about him here..
