As soon as you wake up in Brahma muhurtham how can one take control of his mind totally from thoughts from deviation.

How? what and whom to pray to keep your whole thoughts away. If one is doing meditation what is exact way to do it. How to hold air? whom to think when u hold air for few fraction of seconds? a need N number of clarifications through message or mail please. Any of you would be pleased to revert back.

What is the reason for your trying to do whatever you are trying. Mind can be controlled into abeyance for brief period of time. Otherwise the effort is useless

So clarify what you want to accomplish

Patanjali yoga sutras has the answer to all your questions.
You could read it..there is one with commentary by Swami Vivekananda.

Yes none has replied.

Now a days i couldn't vidhvans, many has come out with in the name of Gurus who teaches online. It is very hard to see people who is not expert in any subject. I met few ppl saying they were Gurus in yoga shastra but later realised not to choose any of them until I find someone who is expertise. At times it is really very difficult to control thought process where it leads to infinity, things become normal when brain doesn't accept anything finally.
