Tapping before and after the meter is very common in crowded areas and slums. Technical issue easy to resolve if conditions are favorable.

in front of the Society where I live in Delhi, there is a shop on a cart. he draws a wire from the pole and use that electricity. he pays to police and BSES also. I dont think he receive any bills and he pays them. do y think AAP will disturbe him; no way. - srinivasan

all slab systems are fine . even delhi has it. only the meters run erratically overcharging all

most end up paying a minimum of 1000-1200 in the poorest of areas.

whenever I stay in Delhi I pay BSES(Electricity) Bills regularly. but when I am out of India, naturaly I pay only for rental charges. Once I got notice for the period when I was out of India saying I was tampering my meter showing 'no charge' and demanded huge amount. It was herculian task to convince the BSES officer showing so many documents to withdraw that demand. whereas there are many factories, shops etc who either dont pay or pay very meager amount. - srinivasan

after the latest developments in AAP, I am pretty sure that our TB members will agree with me with what I said in one of earlier comments. Bhushans, Yadav etc will break away. Ilmi, Benny etc have already gone. days r not far off, more will follow. I expect Delhi will have another election soon. Kejriwal will be CM for reverse way i.e. 94 instead of 49 days. I wish I am wrong - srinivasan

It is a wild dream. AAP has 67 MLAs in Delhi out of 70.

Indian political system is centering around individual popularity. AAP is not an exception. Hence, it is Kejriwal all the way.

in my society apt in delhi....i paid advance rental for 5 yrs to BSES....still they removed my meter....its hard to get back my meter..

Happy to see AK behaving like a true politician now . I think he is drawing inspiration from Indira Gandhi , Jayalalitha , Mayawati ,Mamta on how to remove dissenters and make Aam Admi Party in to an ALL Aravind Party . This is called democratic dictatorship and it worked well for Jaya , Mamata , Mayawathi and Indira Gandhi .

The rift within the Aam Aadmi Party is widening with each passing day and now MLAs have written to party leadership seeking removal of senior leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan to set an example for others.


The letter mentions the charges against the two leaders, which include 'anti-party activities', 'making adverse statements in the media', 'conspiracy to tarnish the image of Arvind Kejriwal and remove him' among others.


Kapil Mishra, AAP MLA from Karwal Nagar, has also demanded Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan's sacking from the party. He said, "We will not tolerate anyone trying to break our agenda no matter who it is. We want Yogendra Yadav, Prashant Bhushan and Shanti Bhushan to be expelled from the party."


He also refuted claims that AAP MLAs were being forced to sign a letter against Yadav and Bhushan. Everyone is signing the letter on their own accord, no one refused until now, Mishra added.

There may be even some more media exposes in the coming days.
However I believe what will ultimately matter is whether Kejriwal delivers in Delhi against the promises he made to Delhi voters.

The issues in the media for the last few days are inner party wranglings which would hardly matter so long as he delivers on promises and also at least shows evidence of reducing/controlling corruption

Very few Delhi persons would have voted just for the personalities of YY and PB. I do respect PB a lot for his crusade against corruption through court cases

It is a himalayan victory for AAP: 67 seats out of 70. For another five years, no one can touch AAP. Difference of opinion within the party is a natural thing. Are we not seeing in other regional and national parties?

Day dreaming has no limit.
