The premises of Pasupathinath Temple in Nepal houses around 492
small temples inside its Complex or so besides around 1000 Shiva Lingams.
An important thing here is Lord Pasupathinath has four faced avatar, and
it is also said that the Lord has the fifth face, which is not normally seen
or invisible to the ordinary people.

When one prays to God in Silence, it denotes his oneness with the God. In other words,
Silence signifies the involvement of the mind and heart towards the God nearing perfection
in the worship. Suppose, if one makes a noise or sound, it really needs a source and also
a receiver. That is why, one is asked to keep or maintain silence in the temple premises.
Some people with an urge to hear the God's voice in the temple premises, when they
chant the Namas of the God in a louder voice, they will soon receive an echo of the same
bringing back an inspiration in the minds of the devotee.

Feeling frightened of the world or frightening the world???

The pic shows a person closing his eyes with his hands but there are eyes on his palms.

That goes to show that even when one's sense organ are forcibly shut..vasanas can still be present lurking through even closed eyes.

Dear Pasamalars VR Ji and Bala sir,

Today I am not getting the alert when I log in here.
I guess it's Ok today.

This is a really strange bhich looks like a fried or poached egg and lives in the Mediterranean, A It is also one of the few jellies that can locomote on its own, not just relying on current.

Dear Renu!
I have an elder sister, two younger sisters and a younger brother
but I have always longed for a patient and respectable elder brother!
I have found him in Bala Anna!
He too must really like me or at least my writings for sure!

Dear Pasamalars VR Ji and Bala sir,

In the temple I was singing a soulful song with eyes closed tight and I suddenly opened my eyes to see a strange woman staring at me.
Even with our eye closed tight, we leave something else ON all the time!

Dear Bala anna!

Remember I am visiting my sons and their families in USA.

I want to make most of this trip in their loving and interesting company. :grouphug:

So launching a new thread is out of question now.:nono:

It may happen in 2013.... if at all! :noidea:

I will try to keep alive my four threads as I do now.

You may not believe that I am writing the poems fron Kanadpuranam

with the same seriousness I used to prepare for my final Exam in 1966.

All my family memebers are teasing and making fun of me.

But I have set my mind to get as much of the sixth and last Kaanadm

finished as possible before I leave for USA on 16th inst.

I have completed the fourth (the toughest and the driest kaandam)

and the fifth kaanadam already.
