Finding A Match For A Tamil Brahmin

as divya says all this astrological beliefs are causing a lot of damage delaying marriages and damaging prospects of

many girls.

what is a simple issue of finding a match is complicated by the beliefs that people hold on to.

I have totally done away with matching of horoscopes. I am not a loser in anyway.

when educated girls have raised the bars high for all TB boys, it is wise to take what is available than talk of stars

and stripes.

my experience is every girl gets at least three to five times the response as compared to boys.

girls are not just ready to put up with the existing order.

it will definitely make parents do a rethink about their boys and change their attitudes in case they want them to be marriied
 
Parents of BB (Brahmin Boys) should not be waiting till they cross the magic age of 27/28...As soon as they get a well paid job at 25 they should find a pair for him...Let the families decide whether they want horoscope or not..But delay from their side will cost the BB heavily
 
I know one practical astrologer who sees the compatibility of horoscopes and selects at least two out of five shown for matching! :cool:

Dear Ganesh,

Many brahmin girls think that they are children till the age of 26!

Hence the age difference is NOT like it was in my generation! :)

P.S: Good that you gave the explanation for B B! It means something else in our dear forum! :D
 
For the unmarried BB who have crossed 30 should try to fix alliance with the 1-2 coming their way...Nit picking may not be helpful

vgane ji thats what I am doing . Get boys married before they are 25 as soon as they get a job.it is pretty easy
 
As far as the question of seeing Horoscope or not seeing, in practice my wife , who is a practical Astrologer does the following :- 1) In case of Love, tell the parents not to bother about Horoscope at all . 2) there are 5 Stars which will suit any other Star & must be gone through 3) Ayilyam/,Mooam not to be discarded at all. Y keeping the level of Porutham tObareminimum inescapable, goes ahead to analyze compatibility of both horoscopes ,including Putra bag yam, longevity, any negative aspect which can be warded off by simple , usual polkas at maHome or nearby temples.
This satisfies all parents who are not going deep into horoscope matching but get overall comparability for the Couple. All marriages have successfully held either for known fa or strangers, ,by word Of mouth.

what matters most to most educated girls with jobs -place of work of the prospective boy. if a boy expects a girl to

relocate , they say no mostly unless they are desperate or compelled by parents

in terms, of attitude, if the boys'place of workis delhi ,ncr local girls consider it actively ignoring sub castes . any south brahmin will do for them

all chennai girls say prompt no to it or ask can you get a foreign posting.smart . they examine wheher this guy be the passport to a foreign country

pune ,mumbai belt ask if you can cope with a person not knowing tamil and comfortable in marathi than tamil.




all bangalore girls say , conditional yes but will you consider shifting to bangalore.

one should know how to get them inspite of all this.lol
 
all girls expect a boy at least a little taller than them besides more educated and earning than them. not losing hair [no one likes receding hairline in boys], wearing caste marks is a big no -no.. badly dressed or poorly photographed are grounds for sure rejection.

most girls say that boys should consider the girls family as their own and her parents add that they are looking for a son and not son in law adding to the fears of boys parents

how can any boy get a match with this types of girls floating around?

It depends on what you want Kunjuppu Sir...It is a buyers market for the girls...As they are less in number they can get away by putting as many conditions as possible..The best suggestion for BB is you cannot pick and choose the girl..Bajji Sojji days are gone...If the girl side is interested just go and finalize..Do not delay matters

its like housing market trends....sometime buyers market.....sometime sellers market....some yrs back...it was BB MARKET....

NOW BG MARKET....it may change later...
